一、解壓縮此檔案後會產生KisKav6Remove資料夾
二、進入安全模式並在安全模式中執行KisKav6Remove資料夾中的avp_remove.cmd
☆附註☆進入安全模式的步驟如下:電腦重新開機→按F8→'選擇安全模式進入即可
簡易進入安全模式軟體
　軟體說明及下載（BootSafe軟體名稱）

三、重新啟動電腦即完成移除動作

Norton移除工具：
下載適用於您Windows版本（下載時，先把下載點複製起來，在貼上網址裡頭，就可以下載了）

移除說明：
一、下載aswClear.exe軟體至你的桌面
二、開啟(執行)aswClear.exe
三、若你不是將avast安裝在預設目錄下，請切換至安裝資料夾(注意：你選擇的資料夾內容將會被刪除)
四、點選remove
五、重新啟動電腦
